Summer is approaching and what's better than a refreshing iced latte to cool down and get a boost at the same time?
With our simple recipe, you'll have the summer's tastiest latte in no time.
To get the perfect iced latte, start by freezing cubes of our Boost Coffee. By using milk (or choose alternatives such as almond or oat milk for a vegan twist) you get a deliciously creamy and well-balanced drink.
Adding ice cubes to a hot Boost Coffee and then pouring over the milk is not only inappropriate for a real iced latte, it can also make the drink watery.
With our recipe, your iced latte stays cold for a long time and gives you both focus and energy when you need it most in the summer heat.
1 scoop Boost Coffee + 1 dl water, frozen into ice cubes
2 dl milk (alternatively coconut milk, almond milk or oat milk)
Do this:
Start by mixing 1 scoop of Boost Coffee with 1 dl of warm water. Allow the coffee to cool slightly and then measure into ice cube bags or similar.
Put the cubes in the freezer and let them freeze into ice (about 4-6 hours).
Take the ice cubes out of the freezer and fill them up in a glass.
Fill the glass with the selected milk and stir.
Let it go for a while so the ice cubes start to flavor the milk.
