The customer is responsible for all purchases made with his login details if such notification has not been made.

3.3
If Boost Coffee suspects that the Customer is abusing their user account or their login details or otherwise violates the Terms and Conditions, Boost Coffee has the right to suspend the Customer.

Prices, fees and payment

4.1
When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately.

4.2
The customer can pay in ways specified on the Website. Read more about our payment methods and discounts on the Website's Payment Terms. Boost Coffee has the right to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or another similar payment method has been chosen by the Customer and approved by Boost Coffee. In case of invoice payment or partial payment, Boost Coffee or its partners may make a credit report. In such case, you will be informed about this. Boost Coffee reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change the payment method if the one chosen by the Customer for some reason does not work at the time of the purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are stated on the Website.

Promotions and offers

Boost Coffee may from time to time offer promotions on the Website that may have more favorable terms than what appears in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These preferential terms apply for as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods specified by Boost Coffee in connection with the promotion. Boost Coffee reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a campaign, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the Website are valid while stocks last.

Delivery and transport

6.1
Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (e.g. in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days after Boost Coffee has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. More information about Boost Coffee's delivery of goods and conditions for delivery can be found under Delivery conditions.

6.2
The expected delivery time of the product is shown in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Website. In the event of a delivery delay, Boost Coffee will notify you of this and continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

6.3
If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do this within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer always receives a notification showing where and when the package is to be picked up. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via phone calls or SMS. If the Customer does not pick up the package, Boost Coffee has the right to charge the Customer a fee of SEK 250 for work done and shipping fees. Please note that unredeemed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of cancellation or free returns.

6.4
If the Customer chooses to pay by invoice via Klarna, Boost Coffee cannot offer delivery to an address other than your registered address.

Right of withdrawal

7.1
When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Boost Coffee within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). You can easily contact us according to the information here .

Note that if the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as the customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item, e.g. wrong or broken packaging.

7.2
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types:

goods with a broken seal

7.3 In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, the Customer must not break the seal if he wishes to be able to exercise his right of withdrawal. The right to change your mind thus ends when the Customer breaks the seal. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (e.g. serial number).

7.4 If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear message to Boost Coffee, for example by contacting us here or in the manner specified under Right of Cancellation, Return & Exchange. The customer must enter his name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the Customer does not wish to use the above notification option, the Customer can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency, download the form here . Packages that are not picked up at an agent do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal and allow Boost Coffee the right to charge the customer SEK 250 in fees for work done and shipping fees.

7.5 When exercising the right of withdrawal, Boost Coffee pays the return shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Boost Coffee. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. Returns must be made to Boost Coffee according to the methods and instructions specified on the Website, you will find these under Right of Cancellation, Return & Exchange.

7.6
For products with special conditions, the Customer pays the return shipping unless otherwise stated on the Product page.

7.7
When the Customer cancels their purchase, Boost Coffee will refund the amount the Customer paid for the product, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Boost Coffee. When part of an order is returned, the delivery cost is not refunded. From the amount to be refunded, Boost Coffee is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to the Customer handling the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

7.9
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice that you have canceled the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you returned the item, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment option that the Customer chose, provided that no other agreement has been made or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

Warranty and complaint

9.1
The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Boost Coffee as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in good time. The customer has a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Website.

9.2
Boost Coffee is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

9.3
When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, Boost Coffee will compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Boost Coffee strives for this to take place within 30 days of Boost Coffee receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Boost Coffee reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Boost Coffee follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se .

Force majeure

10.1
In the event of circumstances beyond Boost Coffee's reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Boost Coffee's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed for as long the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Boost Coffee have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

Changes to the Terms

12.1
Boost Coffee reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), alternatively 30 days after Boost Coffee has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Boost Coffee recommends that the Customer keep up to date on the Website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law and Dispute

13.1
Disputes must primarily be resolved amicably after discussion with Boost Coffee's customer service.

13.2
If the dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Boost Coffee's customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamentationsnämnden, ARN Box 174 101 23 Stockholm) which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, which you can find via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without court involvement.

In the event of a dispute, Boost Coffee follows the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

13.3
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled in accordance with point 14.2 above or in the last instance by a general court.
