When shopping at Boostcoffee.eu, you have 14 days to return your order from delivery. You can only return an unbroken package, so remember not to open the package if you want to send it back to us.
If you want to return your order, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. You can contact us via email: contact@boostcoffee.eu or by post to Coffee Tribe AB, Box 3634, 103 59 Stockholm. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for right of withdrawal and send it to us by post or email. The message must contain your order number, name, address and email address.
Please note that you as a customer are responsible for return shipping and are responsible for the products when they are returned to us. Therefore, pack the products appropriately to reduce the risk of them being damaged during delivery.
Label the package clearly with Coffee Tribe AB/Boost Coffee and include a note with your name and email address. Send to:

Once your return is received, it needs to be approved by Boost Coffee. If your return is invalid, we will get back to you via email. Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 30 days.
